Pethin Dog Training Collar With Remote, 330 Yards E-collar

This is exactly what I was looking for. I chose this product after hours of price comparison, looking at features, and review-reading. It turned out great, the multiple actions (sound vibration shock) allow for adequate warning before using the shock function (Which I haven't yet needed to use because of the Vibration / Sound.) This is great value for your money; comes with a test light to make sure the shock function works without having to shock anything, comes with a collar that seems to be large enough to fit any size dog (can be cut down to size), both components are rechargeable via a USB/AC charging cable which is included. So in summary : Well designed and thought out product for a relatively low price which has a variety of important features.

Have had it for about a month now for my 7 month old "teenaged" lab. The sound reminds him that if he doesn't stop his unwanted behavior, the vibrator will happen next. He hates the feeling of the vibrator so that works in my favor. I have only had to use the shock a few times when he continued to run toward the road. It is a nice tool to have the collar for those possibly tragic instances when there is no other option. Of 'course the hope is that he will began to behave better by habit but time will tell...

It works as advertised, and for that it gets a minimum of 4 stars. However, there are a couple of things I don't like, so I'm docking the 5th star. On the collar itself, there can be a lot of extra length if your dog has a smaller neck. There's no additional loop or strap to hold the excess, so you're supposed to just loop it back through the same ring. However, it doesn't stay, and I'm constantly having to re-tuck the collar excess. On the transmitter, the plastic feels very lightweight and thin, so I question it's long-term durability. I've had it for a couple of months now and haven't dropped it, though, and it HAS held up thus far. I wish there was a lock or a safety on the device, though. There have been a couple of instances where a guest or child has picked up the transmitter thinking it was a walkie talkie and tried to push buttons. Fortunately no accidental shocks, but still scary nonetheless. I also like the fact that there's a vibrate and audio beeping option. The device has worked great as an ecollar, and in general I'm very happy with the purchase.

Can't say enough positive things about this collar. Easy to use, battery last long enough and charges without issues. Our dog responds well and it's pretty durable and waterproof for splash is creek for drink etc, but can't attest for swimming waterproof. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars. Great buy for 30 bucks!! Helped us get our dog focused and on right track and we hardly use shock setting!!! It's changed our life with pooch. Buy it!!

Very cheaply made, but what do you expect for the price. The unit worked for about 2 weeks but is now dead. I am guessing the cheap rechargeable lithium battery in the receiver failed. I would look elsewhere.

Charge doesn't last long and I'm constantly having to reprogram it to the remote. Will just randomly no longer recognized the signal from the remote making it usless. When it works it works well.

Dont buy. I wanted too long to even try to use this training collar and by the time I did use it, it did not work. So no way to send back. It is my fault for not testing when I received but just disappointed that when I needed to use, it did not work. I went online to try and find information to make sure it was not user error. But very little info and what I could find (which was mainly user reviews of Amazon), said I was doing everything right.

The only con is the instructions are not very clear (it seems like the instructions were translated to English from another language), however the product itself works great after you figure it out.
