Great knee pads so far
First knee pad I’ve purchased. My thigh is 18.5 and these are larges. Fit is spot on. The thigh portion of the sleeve did have a tendency to slide down a bit during my first ride on them but I was wearing under armor spandex underwear that go down below the knee with these over.. so maybe on bare skin it won’t do that? Even though the thigh “cuff” slid down, the knee pad stayed in place. Haven’t crashed on them and ideally won’t, but I’m happy with them. I do think it may have contributed to being hotter on the trail today too, 90 degree day and I felt noticeably warmer with these on. Oh, also they did not effect my peddling at all.

Let down by durability issues.
I really wanted to like these as they are compact and have the best ratio of protection vs impact to pedaling. However, I wouldn’t recommend these for durability issues. The back mesh material is very thin and I ripped one pad the first time trying them on. I Chauked that to user error. However after only 3 rides with these pads, and no crash impacts, I found this huge rip where the pad attaches to the knee sleeve. Very disappointing.

These are a great knee pad but I seem to be in between the medium and the large. The medium is too tight around the thigh so I tried the large. The large sleeve fits my leg perfectly, but the padding digs into my shin. I guess when the material warms up it would get more flexible, but I ride in the winter a lot. The search for the perfect knee pad continues. Give them a shot... if you like the fit they would be awesome.

Great comfort and protection reviews but serious quality concerns.
I should have heeded the previous reviews. I had read several external reviews praising the comfort and protection...but none of that matters if it doesn't hold up. Right out of the package the seam of one of the knee pads was separating! I still had the tags on it (photos included) and never even got to ride with them. Normally I would have just exchanged them, but several others on here are having the same problem, so I guess I'll look at other brands. If you are reading this review, you probably should too!

Unevenly Sized
I bought two of these in size X-LARGE. One is a good fit and the other one is too tight. The top band leaves a red ring on my leg for several days. I use them when I need to but I should have returned or exchanged them.

great solution for tree trunk legs
good protection, flexible and decent ventilation. A good solution for bigger calves/thighs.

Ni cinching straps-just elastic stretch
I like the fit and slimness of these knee pads. I havent used them enough to comment on how they will hold up over time.

Size recommended based on thigh and calf measurement was far to small and the hard pads cut into the top of my shin. Stitching on upper cuff was coming unstitched before first use.

Top Protektor trotzdem andere behalten
