Keeps going off not sure what causing this to happen could it be the bulb?

My invalided wife finds this perfect for her.

it does what it says . but the build quality of the lamp shade should be better.

Well packaged. The lamp bases are good. The 3 dimmer settings are found by turning the lamp on and off again 3 times (took me a while to figure that out). The lampshades are bright white made from thin fabric so they give off a very bright, white light when on, therefore be aware that they don’t look like the lamp in the product photo which has a warm yellowish glow. I don’t like the light from these shades so I’ve ordered different ones.The usb charging port works well. One of them was slightly loose but nothing that a bit of glue won’t fix (not enough of a defect for me to be bothered returning it).

Lamps have a nice soft but bright enough to read. Phone charging port is really slow but OK if you leave it in all night then the phone might be fully charged.Lamp it's self is good.

Came very quickly and was just as the pictures showed. Not a touch light and not obviously dimmable but. Very bright and white light. It was to replace a similar one and although slightly bigger fitted very well in the space we had.

UPDATE:I'm desperately trying to replace the bulb in one of the lamps. A STANDARD dimmable bulb does not respond to the dimming instructions from the pull-cord. There's no 100%-50%-10% option on Amazon and I have now contacted several specialist LED bulb stores, and no one stocks this. I've also tried to locate / contact CoolWest UK via the internet AND via Amazon. No luck, and they are no longer receiving Amazon generated supplier messages. I've put a question within the product forum just in case someone has successfully found a replacement bulb, otherwise I have a dimmable lamp that doesn't dim!I'd avoid this brand if you are purchasing anything non-standard.------------------------------------------------------------------------------The overall style is great! 100% light is bright! 10% very pleasant.My niggles are - one lamp (I bought two) had possibly been repackaged as it had less packaging than the second.That lamp’s pull cord was in a different place than the other ie round the back vs round the front. Not a big deal.The dimming mechanism is ok but clicking on and off multiple times to get from bright to dim could prove irritating to some… be interesting to see how long the switch lasts.Overall, I wanted the style & the USB port so it’ll depend on personal taste.

Stylewise the lamp is fine. The pull-chain dimming system is clunky and a bit noisy for middle of the night use. Worst feature is that you have to keep pulling the chain to switch between light levels with an ‘off’ between each. Had searched ‘touch lamps’ and this was one of the results. Didn’t realise it was not a touch lamp. As it’s for the spare bedroom, it will do.
