OKAY - this is so awesome for toning, sore muscles, and those hard to reach spots that you work on. I’ve been using my two extra pads on my thighs, arms, upper back, and bottom!You put it on, it vibrates, your abs feel sore the next day. You do that every day and pretty soon you start seeing serious muscle definition. This won’t do all the work for you, but it’s great for some light slimming and to add some real tone to your midsection.

Easy to use and i already feel some benefits so far. The abs soft put pads are comfortable and neatly fit the contours of the skin. i Love that you can use this while taking a call or even just lying down after a workout getting an extra 15-20 mins of abs toning. It"s easy to use.

This is a great set for both abs and waist or you could use the waist ones for your arms (which I’ve been doing). Each set of pads has a control unit which requires 2 AAA batteries. Easy to follow instructions and I like that you have numerous programs and intensity levels to find the right one for your needs. Easy to apply and remove and as long as you use the backing plastic, they retain their ‘stickiness’ for ages - otherwise just carefully wash and allow to dry to have them return to normal. It automatically does a 15min set so have been doing both morning and evening and then choosing to do my arms and waist once a day. I can really feel it working but it’s painless so I’d recommend.

This muscle stimulator is really good. Excellent material quality, good control panel, all the functions of the muscle stimulator work correctly. This muscle stimulator attaches well to the body, I do not feel any discomfort when using a muscle stimulator. There really are results, I am surprised, I feel a pleasant tingling sensation when I turn on the muscle stimulant. Good, quality product, thanks :)

I am busy with a constantly crowded schedule, I think that achieving that sculpted body is impossible since I don’t have the time to go to the gym. I was pleasantly surprised after taking the plunge and purchasing the ‘Abs Stimulator’. I simply stick it on my body, turn it on, and, through electro-magnetic sensors, I can really feel the pull! It feels like I went through a core workout. I just to do in order to place the belt on my abs, choose one of the 6 different training modes and enjoy. It's easy to use

BUYER BEWARE!! I used this product twice previously before I started to feel a very odd painful feeling , I took it off and realized I had been BURNED in 3 places and a part of the device turned completely black !!! HORRIBLE product!

Unfortunitly i was really excited about trying this product but it doesnt work, It lasted maybe 3 uses before completly dying out even after changing batteries. The buttons dont work as instructed and the shocks are not strong at all, the shocks are more of an electrofyin jolt then anything else and leaves marks after like 5 mins. Unfortunitly i do not recommend this product.
