Nature’s MACE Rabbit Repellent 3 lb Granular/Treats 1,350 sq ft./Rabbit Repellent and Deterrent/Keep Rabbits Out of Your Lawn and Garden/Safe to use Around Children & Plants.

This kept the rabbits out of my veggie garden immediately. The bunnies had wiped out all of my peas, beans, herbs and even the tops of my onions the night before and I knew they were coming back to finish off the rest of my garden. I used the whole small sized bag to cover all of my plant rows and found no nibbles or signs of rabbit damage the next day. It has been 5 days since application and still no signs of rabbits.

Frustrated by the 1-2 wild rabbits noshing away at our backyard grass lawn leaving patches of dirt/ground/soil in its wake, I did a query on Amazon Prime and settled on/ordered the 3 lbs pouch of "Nature's 'MACE' Rabbit Repellent Granular/Treats Rabbit Repellent & Deterrent."As usual, Amazon delivered expeditiously. Unfortunately, said product, in spite of the fact that I followed the directions "to the letter", did not deter the rabbits. SInce applying, two rabbits (guessing they were the same ones that plagued me prior to purchase of said product) continue to show up and munch away every evening. I would return the product to Amazon but all I have left is the empty container/bag. Am loath to apply a poison or even use a BB gun (31 years active duty US Army Corps of Engineers but....). Not sure what to do next. As an aside, I spent quite a bit of money on replacing my front lawn with artificial turf but I can not afford to do the same for the back yard. Boo hoo me but thought I'd pass along my experience with said product.Post Script: I ended up “biting the bullet” and spent $13K on replacing rabbit riddled grass lawn with all artificial turf.BOTTOM LINE: Said product did NOT deter any rabbits.

The rabbit has not touched my flowers.

The product works better than any other method/product I’ve used. It’s been an annual battle for many years for me. My 4 stars is due to the container that does not work as an applicator.

Maybe if I had a 55 gallon drum of this and applied daily it would be more effective. In my experience, the rail and wind blow it away making it effective for mere hours.

Rabbit mace works wonders against the rabbits! The native plant nursery in our area, Edge of the Woods, used it when they planted a large bed beside our house. There are rabbits in our yard every day and have not nibbled a single plant in three weeks! The 7 pound bag we ordered to have on hand to replenish after hard rains arrive promptly in 24 hours with Amazon prime. We are very pleased.

Since getting questionable results with the first order, I ordered the larger size to provide coverage for garden after i set out seedlings for tomatoes, eggplant, and pepper. I had also planted beans and peas. After treating the area as I had seen a bunny in the flower area, the bunny got to the tomatoes, pepper, and eggplant growing in bags and the beans and peas in raised beds. Needless to say, had to add additional fencing to the already fenced area to keep the plant destroyer out. Not impressed with the product.

We have not had one rabbit in our backyard since using this product. It’s amazing! We also have a dog and it does not effect the dog.
