Do the Pace Cars have the ability to change lanes and enter the pit with the app - or any other 3rd party app?

Yes. You can add a lot of options for your rails and the cars and the system are Bluetooth. You have an iPad app also to update the parameters. I bought this track for my grand son and we have a blast it. Also Scalextric is the best brand for these products.

Does this set have the pit stop included?

When using the digital side of arc pro, you can make it anywhere on the track. Some people prefer to add pit lane tracks for this function to not block the racing lane but you really do not need them. In fact the pit lanes are more useful for making 3 or more lanes for digital racing but plan to buy a ton of single lanes unless you want to cut track. Not sure what is offered on analog side of arc pro because just using it to race. Personally I do not pit when playing.

Can I run analog cars on this track?

The cars in this C1404T set come with the digital plugs installed?

Yes, the digital chips are already plugged in. You can remove them and plug them into digital plug ready aka DPR scalextric analog cars. To do this here, require small Phillips screwdriver and a tweezer to remove plug, however some people just pull them out by the wires, but if the wires come out you will need to solder. Here usually do not remove them, but be advised the latest series of dpr chips do not run well as analog , as earlier chips did, so the power base must be adjusted to run them on analog. Meaning this version of the dpr chip is best kept digital only and not raced on analog against analog cars. This is a nice digital entry set, which you will most likely expand and the power base has been improved immensely , which is main reason I bought it a couple years ago.
