I am on Keto and Dr. Berg recommended this product. I bought apple, pb&j and an amaretto flavor. I wanted to love it because I do love granola. It's really just kinda gross. They taste VERY artificial. They are also really greasy to the tough. They need to be refrigerated after opening (not a big deal). Unfortunately, I cannot return the unopened ones. I am out 12.99 each for three of them. Oh well, live and learn. I recommend a different brand that is quite good. It's made by Low Karb. In the white bag. That is higher carbs but really good, clean and it tastes real.
