Real Deal
This is the first time I ever wrote a review before I have even received the book. I am a practicing licensed Acupuncture Physician and have been in practice and a graduate school instructor training future doctors for close to 30 years. I bought this at the recommendation of a Chiropractic and MD friend of mine who has been practicing AK and using this book for over 15 years. She calls it her BIble and studied with Dr. Walther. I have seen her in action and find her work in AK is inspirational and effective. This has encouraged me to purchased this book, which I believe is the real deal.

This is a true textbook.
I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised at the size and scope of this textbook. I've only just started reading it but can see from flipping through the pages that it is exhaustive.

Comprehensive: A bible of Applied Kinesiology
I first purchased and enjoyed this book in 1983 in hardback. Now I am enjoying this second edition Synopsis even more. For people who want detailed information about AK this is the best book that is readily available. You will find within its covers a comprehensive discussion of AK principles and procedures. If you have already read and learned everything in the Touch for Health: Complete Edition then you are a good candidate for picking up this Synopsis by Dr. Walther.

So Worth It!!!
I am going to massage school in a couple of months, and my massage therapist (who is a flat out miracle worker) recommended this book--and said that most people he's met in the profession (even kinesiologists) don't know about this book. It is amazing! It starts out with history, and then moves on assessments and modalities, trigger points, median therapies. It's full of practical, clinical-based therapies. Highly recommended!

Awesome Book!
Awesome book!!! Iʻm glad I bought this, it gives you information that a more experienced therapist would eventually learn later in his/her career or by taking classes.
