Update 5/10/20: Seller refunded purchase price after a second heater was shipped to replace the first faulty unit. The second unit lasted 3 weeks before it failed. The process took somewhere around 9 or 10 emails for getting a replacement and getting a refund. My money was refunded but on the back end of it all, it was a total waste of time. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy this heater.Update 3/1/20: FIRE HAZZARD! I took this piece of ____ apart to see what might be the issue. I found a charred circuit board and the electric terminal from that board was still in the wire end and could have been contacting other electrical causing a more severe short circuit. This thing could have burned down my house. AGAIN. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND!!! I never received one single acknowledgement or response from the manufacture or seller. They quite obviously have my money and they have no concerns about SCAMMING people.I bought this for a Christmas present and it suddenly quit working on February 10th, less than 7 weeks from the date of first use. It's a Chinese product which I did not read thoroughly enough when I purchased or I would have not bought this. The controls for increase or decrease temperature settings were BACKWARDS on both the unit and the remote so that had to be an internal mis-wiring problem. Up was down and down was up.The modes and operation were difficult to understand at the least. The manual that came with it was best left in the box as it was a poorly translated piece of trash. I would have given less than 1 star if that was possible. If it would have kept working, the backwards controls were something that could have been overlooked.DO NOT BUY THIS !!! IT'S JUNK !!

I bought two of these and on both, the glass panels weren't attached and a couple of the nuts and bolts were missing. With a little patience (and my misc. Nut and bolt collection) i was able to get them back together. They work fairly well for small spaces but are rather heavy for putting on the wall. Even with the brackets.

A good looking heater but not very effective.It was easy to install but other than glass everything seemed pretty cheap. The controls were not very intuitive (in heater there is not much to control and still 😀)and the manual did not have much.It was also pretty thick compared to what i expected.In the end, for its main function of heating the room, I did not find it to be very effective. Was very slow to warm up the room.I returned it in the end.

This is one of my biggest disappointments in Amazon. I felt scammed. The product I received has no remote control and no display (was I not going to notice it)? The reason I say I feel scammed is the manual of the heater does not have any reference or hint of remote control or the (supposed) display. Decided to return immediately after opening the box and realizing it's not at all what it says in the description.

This heater does it job perfectly. Easy to install, easy to use remote control, totally soundless, and I love the feature that you can set time because I use it in the bedroom at night time only. I don't need to remember to turn it off in the morning because it does that automatically. It keeps the room temperature at the level you set. In addition to all features I needed, it also looks wonderful at day time and in the dark - giving very mild blue light at night which feels calming. I sleep much better now! This heater exceeds all my expectations!!!

Have only used for 30 days and it just stopped working completely. The past few days it started to smell like plastic and today it just died. Return date is only 30 days from purchase but I just started using it so I cannot return. Do not buy.

I waited a bit to post this review because I wanted to make sure that my comments were accurate. I purchased this panel after reading many of the other reviews and decided to give it a try.The heater is great for very small spaces. I have installed it in a powder room we built in a mudroom that is connected to the back our home. Easy to install and has a very slim profile.So far so good! Very happy with my purchase.

You won't get it when they say you will. Then its broken. Looks cool, but that is where it stops. A part is rattling around inside, apiece missing off the front. I'm thinking fire hazard. Calling Amazon today this stinks. Guess I will be driving to Walmart for a heater.
