Shipping was through Amazon so no hassle there.About the stickSetting up the stick was pretty simple, the directions in the manual were quite clear. I really liked the quality of the product. Great choice of materials. It's made from quality coated aluminium alloy so you don't have to worry about it corroding should it get wet. I like the design as well, your phone fits pretty snug into the clamps, no worries about it falling out and getting damaged. There are other selfie sticks with the same extending/locking mechanism but this one seems to be ahead of the competition. The handle feels solid and comfortable in the hand and weighing less than a pound, it was really easy to use and operate. Bluetooth pairing was quite simple and shutter response was quite fast. How fast you can take pictures is dependent on your phone. My only issue with the stick is that the power button was a little mushy. It wasn't as tactile as I would have liked it to be.Overall its a great product and a good buy and I highly recommend it. Love this selfie stick. Heavier than the old one we had that fell apart! Don't go for the cheap! Get this aluminum alloy ...This will last longer!The only issue I have is it doesn't open up far enough with my case on the phone. I have the LG G3 with a very good safe case. I don't mind taking the case off from time to time if needed though. If it wasn't for this - I would give it a 5.

The selfie stick instructions are not as clear to follow changing settings in the camera as I thought they should have been. There are way more Chinese then English directions. The Bluetooth instructions are a little simpler, but it took two of us to make it work. Two attempts to charge the stick were not enough to make it work on its own. It worked on and off but only being plugged in. Bluetooth Required should be in the purchase comment heading. You need to be a little phone savy understanding settings to operate this!

I like this selfie stick but the holder portion is limited to up and down adjustments. The arms are not adjustable (cant spread them wider). But this is my first one so I don't have another to compare it to.

It works. I wish there is a led light indicator of when is full charge and low battery.

I am beyond pleased with my selfie stick!!! I made the mistake of purchasing a cheap selfie stick in the past for my vacation. It didn't have Bluetooth capabilities and the button jammed up on me. I really wish I would have bought this one first rather than that other junk. This one even looks better, not so cheap like ones I sometimes see people with. I love that this one is easier to use, too. My last selfie stick I had to use both hands. My Galaxy Note 2 even fits in the holder. Finally I can use something with my giant phone. It comes with a carrying case, too. It's a nice touch considering I don't want it to get scratched up and everything. I just really wish I could have gotten this sooner. No complaints here!

Able to help parents set this up for an upcoming trip. First time using and power button does not work. According to Amazon out of return window. Would not buy again.
