Honestly if your looking at purchasing this think why? Is it essential. It’s a well made piece of kit, but it does take away from the chilled vibes, when your constantly blowing into a tube. If you can, ignore others and just enjoy your down time, smoke without. But if it will eliminate some anxiety due to smell, it’s def worth a purchase.

This filter really works as advertised. It takes a little practice to make a deal around the mouthpiece.There is 95% less smoke in the room.Clothes smell fresh after being in a room of smokers.What’s left is easily covered with air freshener products.This first filter will only last a week of all hours smoking, more if used lightly of an evening, months probably.

The Sploofy V3 is absolutely amazing and a must buy!The V3 has improved massively over the V2 (which was great anyway) and now allows you to keep the same external plastic shell, replacing only the inner filter, meaning less waste but it still provides the same fantastic filtering! If you have the Spoofly V2 and are considering upgrading, I would highly recommend it, just keep in mind it is ever so slightly larger to accommodate for the replaceable filters, but you will save money in the long run.Unlike some of the competitors, the Sploofy has little to no resistance when blowing air through it which makes it a pleasure to use and it truly does filter out any unwanted smells.

It had decent life lasted me about a month with heavgy use each day from 3 uses to 10ishReleases a little bit of a smell nothing that wont dissipate in secconds it quite helpful to have one and a back up once never hurt too incase it gets clogged all in all decent gonna keep ordering 2 bi monthly or 3

If you don't want to bother housemates, neighbours, or apparatchik with strong herbal scents, this feels ideal. Other methods I've tried over the years are patchy and unreliable. This'll visibly soak up a lung full and, although my own nose is pretty insensitive, seems to soak up 99% of the smell.You need to make sure you have a well sealed lip lock or there can be a little leakage, and the mouth piece could probably do with a minor re-design to make that less of a worry, but it's a minimal issue. Can't speak for the life of the filters as of yet.Worth getting if you want the peace of mind. For the particular purposes it's more useful than my room fan filter.

A personal smoke filter with replaceable filter cartridge.What a great product. After buying all of Sploofys competitors and,frankly, been disappointed with their short working life ,Sploofy has been a revelation, heavy use and still working ,admirably, well. One quibble, you ,can't buy the replacement filters from Amazon.

Great for reducing the amount of smoke when exhaling and also great for removing smell.I didn't think this would work so well, if you wish to remove 100% of the smoke I would recommend a smokeless ashtray to pair with the Sploofy.

I've used these products for a few years now and decided to change from my normal brand to try the Sploofy as it was getting good reviews. Unfortunately it's just not as good as the competitor. It doesn't filter as much, you can see more smoke exhausting from it, and the mouthpiece design is poor. I was enticed to try this by claims it was more flowing than another brand but it just doesn't filter as well so the slight difference in restriction was pointless.I will not be buying this product again so the fact you can replace the inner is lost here as the whole thing will be disposed of when it wears out and I will go back to the better brand.Edit:- Gunked up to almost unusable within two months (I'm a very light smoker). Utterly useless product avoid and buy the much better competitor brand

If you're wondering should I try this over a smoke buddy I'd give it a shotLong time smoke buddy user here and I recently switched to this product sploofyThe mouth piece is a different fit but definitely works, I feel like this has more room for the smoke so it's not a difficult to push the smoke through (exhale)So far only a few days use but I can tell its just as good if not betterThe main reasoning for switching was this has replaceable inside which is a huge plus for me

Bought it for buddy for Xmas gift, I haven’t personally used it but he has used smoke buddy’s before and he says it’s easier to blow through brand new and barely gets dirty

First off, I live alone in a modern apartment that doesn't condone any type of smoking. I don't live with my parents, and I don't have landlords checking on me regularly. I bought this because I used to just blow smoke out of my back window and I felt like that could easily travel through the windows of my neighbors and irritate them.This thing is fantastic! I originally got it thinking it would cut the smell in half, so I planned on using it between me and my window, however it works so well I can smoke from the comfort of my couch. If you just crack a window for safe measure, use a pipe, make sure not to leave the bowl smoking, and blow directly into the Sploofy, there's no smell to be concerned with.I've even blown through the Sploofy and immediately taken a few whiffs where the air comes out and there was nothing but a muted, barely smoky scent. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it does what it's meant to do.To address the comments complaining about smoke coming out of the sides due to a bad mouth-piece, I really don't get where that's coming from. Your mouth can make more than one shape lol. I thought you were supposed to put your lips on the hole, but it felt awkward and smoke did come out of the sides. If you purse your lips more like you're whistling (or like you would when exhaling from a joint), and press the Sploofy against the skin around your mouth, you get a solid seal and it does it's job. I don't see a problem there.All in all: if you're in a dorm room, or have landlords/parents checking on you, this may not cut it unless you're willing to take additional steps like opening a window and using subtle scents. If you're living in an apartment and want to relax in the comfort of your own home, but edibles and vapes aren't cutting it, this is the way to go. I highly recommend it!

I have had a Sploofy V3 Personal Air Filter for a couple of weeks now and was so pleased with it that I bought a second one. This is my 4th personal air filter brand that I have owned and I believe this is a superior product and one I will probably continue buying. I looked at the ergonomics, durability, stability, and life time. In ref to ergonomics, I like the round shape and size. I held my hand out and made a C in a natural way and took a measurement. It was the same measurement as the size of the filter and was a very comfortable fit. My hand is a large size so I don’t know about smaller hands. In relation to durability, I have a tendency to set the filter on my lap and forget about it. I then stand up and it promptly falls to the floor. Our floors are brick and this has been rough on the other filters I’ve tried. So far, in this extreme environment, It has not been damaged. It doesn’t seem to have the weak points that the other ones had. My only real request for improvement would be in its stability. I have found that keeping it very dry is very important for life time for any of these products. This filter is designed to sit on its end when you want to dry it out. In this position it is very unstable (remember the brick floor?). I happen to set it in this position whenever I’m not using it instead of just when I want it to dry. I do wish it was more stable in the “dry” position. The lifetime of these filters is sort of a mystery to me. It is advertised that you will get 300-500 “uses”. By my calculations, at 500 uses, it would last me only 15 days. At this point I expect that one would last me 2 months. That would be 2000 “uses” which is far outside the advertised “uses”. So Im not sure what is going on here. I do keep it very dry and we live in a very dry environment so maybe that’s it. Overall I believe that this filter is the best of the 4 brands that I bought.

This is my second sploofy, best type of air/smoke purifier by far. The ONLY thing I don't like is that I can't find replacement filters on amazon that don't take 3 months to ship. Leading me to repurchasing this product, but hey, it works well and I smoke everyday. Lasts about a month or so.
