How can they say b 12 from vegetarian sources ? Vegetables don’t have b 12.

Adults need 2.4 mcg. But some vitamin b12 is available in our food. So if 2.2 is there in the capsule, it will supplement.

Even though the bottle says it is Vitamin C + Zinc 1000 mg, it turned out the two capsules contain only 80 mg of vitamin C sourced from Amla. Ptobably the Amla extract is 1000 mg but it is by all means intentionally misleading.
