Product worked well. Easy to use. A little difficult to extend and retract.

I have bought two of these. I bought the second one because I loved the first one and I blamed myself for breaking the first one. I bought this for scuba diving. I loved that it was neutrally bouyant and the extension was the perfect length. HOWEVER.... after about 10 dives it started falling apart. The mount would bend, the screw holding the camera on stripped out, the oring broke..... So I am going to look at other options.... I would but this again at a higher price if they would beef it up just a little bit....

Good deal for the money. Water will get in the extension, so it is necessary to shake water out before storing to avoid mildew.

went on vacation to the Caribbean and purchased this for my gopro - it worked so well! i was a little skeptic looking at just the pictures of it, but it felt very sturdy, was easy to use, and floated well! i would definitely recommend this.

The media could not be loaded.  This extendable action cam stick is great concept when you want to go under water and want to get closer shot of sealife. There is one extendable moving part in thr clear tubing. Just twist, extend and twist to lock. There is also a adaptor for remote but I suggest use some zip tide to secure it or you will lose it in rough ocean waves, because it just clip on to the tube.I have my GoPro 5 attached but any action cam can be attached because they all have the same adaptor.One flaw I notice when I took into the water. Water gets into the clear tubing and it's been over two weeks I still see water spot in the clear tubing in one of the pic I put up.Update: after few time using it at the beach more water leak into the clear tube so it won't float anymore. Short term ok, long term not so great.

This item does float with the camera mounted, but not for long as it fills with water and will sink. Not a bad item for the price, not a high quality item.

The extension pole works fine: extends as it should and holds the GoPro just fine. Unfortunately, after the first use the shaft fills with water. The water in the inner (extending) section is stuck, but I could "pump" out the water from the outer section, but haven't figured out how to get the water out of the inner section. I added a floating wrist strap so that seems to help with floatation in addition to the sealed handle. I haven't figured out if it still floats when completely filled with water, but extending it while in the water definitely lets more water into the outer section.

Worked amazingly during our trip to Mexico and Jamaica sturdy and reliable.

Before the first use, when wanting to attach the GoPro, the nut holding the screw came apart.Outer tube filled out with water first. I was able to drain it.Inner tube filled out with water after an hour in the pool. Can't drain it thought. GoPro sinks with it.Going back to Amazon. Including the free water.

It's almost perfect. I think I was just unlucky. Mine has a really really really small leak, where water got inside the stick. But I can fix that, so it's not a problem for me. Good and sturdy, I like it.

After filling up with water it does not float and it’s very difficult to get the water out.
