Why do I take beets root capsules? This is why: blood pressure and overall health. It is also good for athletic performance, but mine is generally just lifting things around the house and carrying in groceries. If it is kicking in there for me, then woo-hoo!! My other athletic ability is running.....to the store, to the bathroom, to the basement to get clothes out of the dryer in time to get them hung so they don't wrinkle.....I digress.....my apologies!This product is to help with relaxing and widening the blood vessels for better blood flow. I honestly think everyone over 40 can benefit from this! They do have a slight beet aroma, no taste and dosage is 4 daily. I take them all at once, but I don't think it really matters if you take 4 different times during the day, in fact....that might be better so it is staying in your system evenly distributed. Yes, I am going to start taking them 4x daily with meals. So I guess that means I get to have snacktime!! Try them and join me in a health quest! We can do this!!

Noticeable decrease in overall body inflammation, and increase in energy. Can be taken on an empty stomach. I open the capsules (4 daily) and stir the powder into water so I don't have to swallow the gel capsules. It tastes mildly beet-like, which I don't mind.

Be careful! From my observation, it could make you lightheaded, especially if you took it with something that could lower your blood pressure like CoQ10 , Magnesium.I have never been lightheaded before in my life. I felt lightheaded after taking it just 1 tablet a day for a few days with those vitamins.
