ABBA - Pure Specialty Detox Shampoo- Molasses

This is a great detox shampoo. I use this when I need to shampoo to cleanse my hair of chlorine, well water, smoke, pollution or any other toxins. Great to use after vacationing where the water may be sub par. It does contain baking soda so it will strip your hair of some natural oils as well If you color your hair. I use it once every 2 weeks and it's perfect!

I am allergic to everything and will not by products tested on animals. This shampoo is awesome! Has the sweet smell of molasses and helps sort of reset your hair, taking buildup from conditioners and so forth out. I recommend Abba like crazy and have used thier products faithfully for about 8 years. Try it, you'll be sold too.

I love this shampoo. I just wish I had ordered it when it was on sale a few weeks earlier. It really helps keep the back of my head from itching.

It looked a little thin (consistency-wise) when I used it the other day. I barely smelled molasses, more like pancake syrup. No baking soda granules whatsoever in my bottle.It did clean my hair - but so does every other shampoo in the world.I will update y'all on whether it "cleaned out the toxins" when I get results from my hair follicle test. Understand that I will not only be using this shampoo but a combination of methods to remove toxins from hair.UPDATE:Works, cleans when used as a prerequisite to Ultra Clean in the weeks leading up to test.

Hard product to find. No local dealers/salons. Product works great. Strips oil, dirt, old shampoo off hair.

I have been using this detox shampoo for many years. It keeps any chemicals from staying on your hair and also is healthy for your scalp. It is the only shampoo that I have found that does not cause itchy scalp. Also, if you have chemicals, such as copper, in your water, this shampoo will strip it out and leaves your hair soft and free. I just wish I could buy it in the large, economy size like I used to find on Amazon.

This Abba detox shampoo still has the incredible smell of sweet molasses. The formula is thick and soaps well in the shower. I only use this about once a month to remove buildup. Also, it’s a nice treatment a few days before an event. I love the soft smell that lingers, but most of all this shampoo leaves my hair fully clean and almost like I was 17 again before styling had taken a tole. I have medium to long processed hair, that is thin but full, with wavy texture. Abba changed some formulas years ago, but this restore shampoo is the same. Love this product.

Boy is this product ever so wonderful! I have tried nutrogena for the build up in my hair but it made my hair icky and sticky and feeling even worse. You can not go wrong with this product and will certainly feel a difference after the first use. I have so much build up obviously that I may have to use it a few times to truly see how amazing it is. But after one use I got compliments whole day how amazing my hair looked. And I truly felt it as well. Go ahead and try it, I dare you! 😍

Arrived quickly; good thick shampoo effective for maintaining hair health

Claims to be sulfate free but the third ingredient is sulfates. Had to return because I have a keratin treatment in my hair and cannot use sulfates. Waste of my time and money. PLEASE DON'T CLAIM TO BE SULFATE FREE.
