Square Wave | The Mesmerizing Kinetic Wind Spinner | Magical Calming Art Piece by Ivan Black (Silver)

I just received my Square Wave sculpture and immediately took it out of the box and started to play with it. It's a real visual treat! The mesmerizing patterns happen just like the videos online. One problem has arisen, however. After about 15 minutes of play, I attempted to lay the sculpture back flat in the lovely box in which it arrived, and there is now a noticeable curve to the overall shape...it does not lay flat as when it arrived. Can't figure out how to "fix" it. It has not impacted its performance, but it is kind of strange. I've emailed the sculptor, Ivan Black, and hope to get some insight. But I am totally happy with my purchase! 5 stars for sure if I get a response to the slight glitch.I am now changing this to a 5 star review. The sculptor responded immediately to my contact about the issue with the slight bend. It still fits in the box and performance is not diminished...I am totally satisfied.

This is a really lovely, fascinating piece of art. I purchased the stand which is magnetic so the sculpture can be attached at any of the hour corners - for very different effects. Just a touch of a finger will cause it to move in interesting spiral patterns. The stand is weighted and very sturdy and the sculpture is beautifully made. I bought it as a Christmas present but now it's sitting on my desk - I like it so much it may not make it to the intended recipient!

It is not as advertised in the video. It is flimsy, inflexible, and cheap.You have to return it at your own expense.

I don't know why I keep doing this...ordering from a Chinese company who has a crazy return policy and sends flimsy items. This item came basically intact, but it is so flimsy, and doesn't flow at all like the photos or video. The inside part of it doesn't even open up. I keep telling myself "never again" on these kinds of shipments, since they require you send it back on your own dime. OK, I'm saying it...Never Again...

It's ok. I bought it as a gift for my little niece. It just doesn't move as fluid and freely as I thought it would. Nothing special or illusionary. Might be Almost as good as a fidget spinner.

It’s a nice design but it would be even better if it rotated on its own, which it does not.

I hung this on my bookshelf, it's really cool, I've never seen anything like it. It's fun to play with.
