Good bread for toast or grilled sandwiches.
I have tried many gluten free breads. This in is in my top 5, however it is not a good sandwich bread. It is not soft. Requires toasting. I use it for toast and grilled sandwiches only. To be fair I've only encountered 2-3 soft gluten free breads in my search so far.

Delivered moldy
Love this bread when you can find it in the store. But Do NOT order online. Our shipment of 6 loaves arrived moldy and we had to throw it away. Outrageous that we have no recourse to get our money back or new fresh loaves sent instead.
