Many doctors do not know that certain supplements can only work synergistically & really help you when taken together.Our bones need this combo in addition to manganese, magnesium, and calcium. I also added D2. We simply can not eat enough to get all that we need to supplement our bones.

From what I have found, current now products are soy and seed oil free. And I can often find them on sale.
