These fit perfectly in my CP Combat shirt. They do require a little adjustment when you go prone, but they are a lot more comfortable then elbow pads due to the extra "forearm" protection, without the benefit of a hard-shell to stop rocks and stones from imprinting. CP makes some great quality gear and with innovations a-plenty they are worth the price... usually.

Saw an article that claimed these were a waste of money when prepping for baby. Almost sent it back. Glad I didn't; it's great! Super helpful and makes bath time so much easier for me and my little. Was a bit off-put at first with how small it seemed, but it does the job just fine!
