Bought these three carabiners for a canyoneering trip. They worked perfectly. Lightweight and very durable. They got dirty several times because of the nasty canyon water and the locking mechanisms kept working like they should. Not sure how long they will last but they seem great quality. Highly recommend to friends and family!

Typical shabby packaging by Amazon, the carabiners separated from the cardboard holder bouncing all the way to Ecuador. The item itself speaks Black Diamond qualitity, no sharp edges, the screw lock performs flawlessly.

Lightweight, strong, versatile, and affordable!I’m not a rock climber but I do a lot of roofing work. I hate cumbersome five point harnesses with their heavy anchor points on your back or chest. Black Diamond harnesses let me kneel or sit while working, give me traction to reduce muscle fatigue, and take the weight off my back as well.If I’m working with multiple people on the roof at the same time, I do an overhand knot on the rope and clip into that instead of using a sliding clip. Sometimes for a quick transition I’ll just weave it through the rope through the carabiner for a movable slider.Out of all my carabiners (I have probably ten hooked to my harness at all times) the black diamond ones are my absolute favorites. They’re low-dexterity friendly (think winter gloves and one handed maneuvers) and well designed all around.

Black Diamond is pretty much my go-to for rock climbing equipment.Rated for 24kn if not crossloaded, these have a variety of uses. Personal safety anchors, rigging, tethers, and pretty much any other use you could think of for a carabiner.On the off-season, I'll even use one of these to manage my keys.Great carabiners, whether you're rock climbing or doing something else! I will purchase again if I find that I need more.

These are perfect, I can trust these fully compared to some random no name brand. Light but strong. When it comes to life protecting equipment the cheap option may be more expensive in the end!

Bought this as a gift , my nephew loved them . The color was great so he could separate his climbing gear. Would buy again.
