I had the Snoo since the birth of our second daughter and think it has worked well but four months in and my daughter was on the “weaning” setting to move to a cot in a month or two and when the app updated, I couldn’t access the most basic functions of the Snoo, including the weaning one which she was on. This happened in the middle of the night and was locked out of multiple functions on my phone, which is really out of order. No communication to customers before and now have to pay an expensive monthly subscription in order to access the things I used everyday. Really disappointed, product is one of the most expensive cots out there so having to pay for a monthly fee makes me regret buying this product.

Charge you a fortune then lock you out of the app until you pay a 20quid a month sub fee that didn't exist when you bought it.

Not worth the money

This product adds no value for the money you’re paying for it, in our experience it’s just a glorified WiFi connected bassinet that does the same job as a normal £30 Moses basket... our baby hated it from day 1 no matter how many different tricks we tried she started screaming the second she was put inside, even when we put her deep sleep already (which never happened in a normal cot)Sadly what it was meant to be a product that would take some pressure out of us ended up being a source of more frustration.On top of Happiest Baby customer service is absolutely rubbish!(Disclaimer: I bought this product directly in Happiest Baby website, but they delete the bad reviews on their page - this is a product review and not a reflection on Amazon’s reseller of the product)
