I bought this particular Victrola record player based on a YouTube review and it turned out to be the perfect purchase. Plays perfectly. If you are looking to simply enjoy records the old fashion way from the 50’s 60’s and then some this is the one. In addition you can connect your music from your phone or connect your Bluetooth speaker. Worth every penny.

My daughters surprised me with this turntable as a Christmas gift. I was very impressed. I can't believe how great the sound quality is for such a small player. I turned the volume up and it was a loud, clear sound with full range and no distortion. The tweed design looks great and adds some style to my living room bookcase. The unit is lightweight and easily portable. I also like that I can use it as a bluetooth speaker and play music from my phone. Overall great quality and function.

In all the years of record players, I find this one incredibly fragile. The lifter arm for the tone-arm feels like it could snap off at any second. What happens if it breaks? Will I be able to force the tone-arm down? The case is solid, they did a great job on that!There is a delay in the Bluetooth from the player. If you are sitting next to the player, it's noticeable and may be bothersome. The bluetooth did connect easily for me, but I haven't tried multiple speakers (just one). The sound quality is heavy on the mid and high frequency range. (I am an audio engineer) Again, it's only been hooked up to one speaker that has a good frequency range. I will try it with my studio speakers and repost, if something changes. But can say, you'd be best to be able to boost the low end, if your speaker is capable.The internal speakers aren't good. Again, lots of mids and highs.It isn't listed that I can see, but it has an adapter for 45s. I am stoked to be about to play my grandparents old 45s, so for now, it will do.I'd say this is definitely a good starter for you kids, but expect the lifter arm to break quickly. If you are looking for good audio quality, this isn't it.

Cool radio but it would be cool if you added a cassette player if you create one the same as this with cassette I'll buy put it for sale for $79.99 or $89.99

Brought this as a xmas gift for my girlfriend...however the platter of the turntable doesn’t work, no indicator light! The package was in good condition but unfortunately it was defective. Really disappointed about its poor quality. Massive waste of money.

It LOOKS great- but how to power it?? No plug included and no indication about it not being included. Nothing about a power source in the suggested purchases on Amazon. Researching, I found it needs a 5v plug, which I don’t have.From a kid-gift perspective, it’s a fail. The excitement of playing their favorites on vinyl are immediately squashed.

We didn't expect much for $49.99 but it was defective right out of the box. Now we have to deal with the hassle of a return. Disappointing.
