This cost way more than I would ever consider spending on an ice pack. But I had some FSA money that I had to use or lose and have a husband who is prone to knee and elbow pain due to running and golfing so I figured what the heck.He absolutely LOVES these things. I bought one in medium for elbow issues and a large for knee pain and they fit just right. They get super cold and because they have built in ratchets for compression, he doesn’t have to switch between a compression brace and an ice pack. They conform to the joints perfectly and stay in place firmly until removed.Despite the high price I’m already planning to order another in size Small for the occasional time when I have some elbow pain.I know you can go down to the drugstore and get an ice pack for $15 but if you’re prone to knee or elbow pain you need these in your life!

I like the ratcheting system for a deeper compression. This thing gets really cold and keeps its cold for a while. The only drawback seems to not get the top of my knee cap targeted and it does bunch in the back of knee some making it a bit uncomfortable. Overall. Great product for staying cold.

I’ve been buying ice packs for years. This is the best one by far. Stays cold for a full hour and the compression is beyond helpful on an injured knee. Being able to release that compression-simply to remove or get into the sleeve on an injured leg is a game changer and far superior to the all spandex type or all clay/flat/gel type. Love it.

Ahhhhhhh....finally. I’ve gone through a couple different types of ice wraps and this is by far the best. I’ve only had it on for about 30 minutes total but I can tell. The fit and customizable tightening is incredible, completely icing the knee and the affected area. This is so worth the money after wearing it. I can’t say enough. I’ll check back if any quality durability issues.

I have suffered with lateral epicondilitus (tennis elbow) off and on for years. After a long stretch of feeling good the pain recently came back. Icing always helps. This product works very well because it has a unique feature where you can tighten up the compression on the top and bottom. The ice sleeve is very cold. I went by the recommended sizing and suggest going down one size for tighter compression. Definitely a great purchase.

Really great product that stays ice cold for 40+ minutes. I’ve been using this to treat my shin splints and I love how it stays in place and provides the ice and compression I need simultaneously. I may have ordered a size too small because it’s a bit tricky to get over my foot, but that’s my fault.

Great fit and works well

Overall this is one of the better knee ice pack/sleeves i've used. It fits nicely and gets snug and stays in place. Only complaint is to get it snug enough you have to crank it down quite tightly which limits the amount you can bend the knee. You can still walk around fine but going down stairs is a bit tricky.
