Fabulous reference work
This is a fabulous vintage Rolex picture book that quickly becomes an essential reference tool for the horologist. No-one else has as many high quality images of rare models as this.Highly recommended.

Great reference book
Great coffee table book of rare Rolex watches listed by year. I would have liked a bit more detail on each watch but the visual history is comprehensive.

Good pictures but really useless without Rolex Ref Nos with each picture.
Without Ref Nos the book is just pretty pictures. For examples which Submariner watch is a 5512 or a 5513. You cannot tell. Wonderful opportunity spoiled.

Great idea, poorly executed.
Every watch is described as rare or very rare, and some are. But some are quite common. No note is made of condition, and some have clearly had hands relumed or dials painted. No model reference is next to each picture, but the shop stock codes are - what use is that? No technical detail other than mechanical or automatic. So what could have been a good reference book for a collector is little more than a loosely organised picture book. At least the photos are clear
