Serious Nutrition Solution Noopept XT Capsules, 120 Count

Not as good as I hoped..

I got this because it was in capsules and yes, it is cheaper to buy the powder, but I wasn't sure if it would do anything and didn't want the hassle of having to cap it myself.I took 2-3 of these every day, and it didn't seem to do anything at first. I didn't really feel it, I did notice a bit sharper vision though. After a month of daily use, though, I noticed that my mind felt like it was moving faster, and I was noticing little things I never noticed before. Like I was watching a TV episode rerun that i've seen a bunch of times, and I noticed the subtle camera focus adjustments and movements in ways I never did before, I always perceived the lighting in the set in ways that suddenly it seemed like a TV set rather than an actual house. That was really cool. I also started randomly remembering things from my childhood that I'd long forgotten about.Unfortunately, though, I've had to stop taking it. Around the 6 week mark, I started noticing short term memory problems, trouble remembering things I'd just read, doing things on 'auto pilot' without realizing. Then around the two-month mark, I developed muscle twitches all over my body, bottom of my feet to the top of my head, constant twitches, dozens a day. They're not painful, maybe it's a coincidence, but I don't have any medical issues and there doesn't appear to be any cause for them. Never had this issue until the noopept. I've not taken it for a couple weeks, and the muscle twitch frequency appears to be decreasing.

I've been taking 3 pills a day as the directions say. I literally feel no different. Product didn't work for me.

Good in a pinch, one pill will give you the boost you need to make it through a workout, homework assignment, or work for the rest of the day. 4 stars because it doesn't last super long.
