Not much to say. I use magnesium for various reasons and it seems to help all of those things. It will help keep you regular, help with nerves twitching and also helps with muscle cramps. Good stuff. More affordable than most brands and works just as well.I appreciate no pork or shellfish in this product.

The brand that I used to purchase has been discontinued so as I was looking for a new brand, I saw the reviews and decided to try this one. I have to say I am very pleasantly pleased, it was easy to swallow and had great effects.I do recommend this product
