The description is incorrect. This mat is NOT 1/2 inch thick as stated in the product description. It is less than 5 mm thick. I returned it since I am looking for a thick mat. It did come with a carrying bag and fold to a compact size. So I expect it to be a good choice for travel or outdoor trip. I can also confirm that it has no smell at all.

not suitable for infant
The idea is good, but the packaging is wrong, the folding package causes the mat to permanent damage and cannot be spread evenly. It is recommended not to fold it up after purchase. If it is not used, it should be rolled up and can be repaired a little. This product is relatively large then the other, but it is very thin, suitable for toddler, not suitable for infant, not very good anti-collision.

Disappointed and decieved by the description of this product
Deceptive description of this product. There is barely any padding in this mat. I would compare it to a padded envelope. Very disappointed in this product. And im pretty sure I paid alot more than what it is advertised for. The only reason I am not returning this item is because my granddaughter is in love with the colors and the fact we are allowing her on the floor to crawl around.

Great mat nice size
Great mat nice size, nice quality graphics, But the graphics can be a little hard on the eyes with the ABC side. There is no smell and the mat comes with a carry bag!

I love this mat, I didn't like that come folded so it doesn't lay flat but at the same time allows me to take it for trips, etc. with the bag that comes with it

This mat is just what I was looking for. Easy to wipe down, good for infants scooting and learning to crawl, covers a good amount of space, and very colorful.
