rechargeable? it is a low tech tea set top section put in tea leaves add hot water when done brewing push button and tea drains to lower cup leaving tea in the upper cup. You have to supply the tea and hot water yourself.

can i use this with a electric warmer?

As the cup is double-walled design, if you put it on the electric warmer, the cup is still hard to warm. So we don't recommend you to put it on the eletric warmer, but drink it in a short time after brewing tea. ZENS
