I love these biscuits. The texture is perfect: the grainy texture of ground corn that you expect but can rarely find. The taste is sublime; anise lends a perfect accompaniment to the corn, really accentuating the flavor. I try to have these on hand all the time; I can count on a sweet lift during the day by savoring just one. I love corn in any form & finding Effie's years ago was extremely lucky. Their other products are also great but these crispy corncakes are addictive to a corn lover.

These crackers are amazing but lots of them were broken during shipping leaving me with lots of small pieces instead of whole crackers. It didn’t affect the taste though. I’d order them again.

I have tried all of Effie's Flavors and hands down the Corncake is exceptional. I live in the Portland, Oregon area and unfortunately most of my stores, like Murrays at Fred Meyers, do not carry the corn and the salesperson tells me there is no reason to talk to her about it as it is corporates decision. This might be true but the customer service aspect leaves much to be desired.

OMG - these are terrific. So good we ordered in bulk, and other flavors (oatcakes, cocoa cakes) are excellent too. But the corncakes are our hands down favorites.Have a few with coffee or hot tea, or spread Nutella or almond butter on top as a treat. But plain is just the best!They're a great base for party hors d'oeuvres, too. Better buy extras.What a great idea for a Christmas stocking stuffer. Buy the six-pack so you'll have plenty.Try them. I like this brand but whoever the distributor is and shipper not so much every cracker was broken

Delicious and addictive. Hard to stop at one!

These are one of my favorite snack items. Love the texture and the flavor. I only need a couple to fill me up.
