These patches work for me almost instantly.
These patches really do make my sore back feel hot. If I put one on before bedtime, after an hour, I can feel the heat on my back throughout the night. They stay on my skin well. Sometimes I cut the patch in half when I don't need a large patch. Sometimes if I wake with a hurting back, I put one on and feel I get quick relief from the pain. I recommend these patches.

Would recommend for aches/pains!
I have purchased and used the Salon Pas heat pads prior to purchasing on Amazon and I love them! There is no scent like the original Salon Pas which helps to wear these out. They work wonders on aches and pains. I usually put them on my shoulder area and they warm up to provide pain relief and give me the ability to function. They also work great for sciatica, leg and arms aches and last several hours. I usually rub them in to activate the warmth after a few hours. I started purchasing from amazon due to the costs and as always quick delivery options!

A must buy
These are fantastic. I've used them for a strained muscle, neck pain and even menstrual cramps. I have put them on first thing in the morning and the patch is still warm at bedtime, over 12 hrs later. These stick very well, aren't bulky at all and don't get so hot that they make us hot flashing ladies sweat.I would buy stock in these if they'd let me, so I never run out. They can be a little painful to remove, so beware of that when you take them off, but that's a small price to pay for the comfort they provide.

Helps with pain
I ordered this for my husband’s lower back pain and it helped it a lot. He said he could feel the heat and it did help him relax the painful part. The patch sticks firmly but since my husband skin is sensitive he did got a reddish skin slightly after 4 patches total.

Terrible! Don’t work at all
These are absolutely awful. They actually are a pad and they have holes in them which I have no idea why… I put it on my neck and it did not work at all. It also stuck to my hair and I literally had to cut my hair to get it off.I have used the ones from Canada which you can for some reason no longer get here that have capsicum here in US for some reason which are really good.Do not waste your money on these!
