We bought this for our church to replace a microphone that was having issues. It works well and does exactly what we need it to do. The packaging was great. Shure always delivers!

Good! The quality is great, portability is also in line from what you'd expect from Shure, but the only thing was, you can't hear the speaker very well at all when their head is turned.Maybe I could crank the gain, but I didn't want to introduce any risk of feedback or distortion at this seminar. But if that part was possibly on me, then 5 stars.

Got it slightly used and the price was too good to pass up. This will continue to be my go-to wedding lav system for a long time.If you’re worried about wireless line of sight, I’d get the model up with external antennas. However, this is the perfect model for me. I have it mounted with a great line of sight and had zero issues with noise or dropouts.Make sure to verify the model works in your area and scan the frequencies in the venue area and you’re golden.

We purchased this to replace an older BLX system for our church. For the price, this BLX system is all plastic (the previous one was metal) and the on/off toggle on the transmitter does not have a solid click into the on position. There is a lot to be desired as far as the build quality. If you plan to use this on a weekly basis, just be aware this BLX system may not hold up over time. Also a small nit pick, it does not come with a case. (Our previous BLX system did.) I just think at this price point, it should include a case.

The pieces feel like they are nicely built. Installation was extremely easy and literally took less than 10 minutes (including sound check) the sound is very good. We added a head worn microphone so looks are great and the pastors voice is very clear. We got rid of our problems with signal drop off when installing this unit because this doesn’t depend on line of sight.

I have a Shure wireless handheld mic that I've been using for years for sound at my church. The quality, sound, construction and range have all been amazing. I decided to grab a Shure lapel mic after having cheaper ones that sometimes fail... I will stay with the cheaper ones. The Shure laviler set is very cheap build quality, terrible range and is limiting. I'm considering returning it as it seems a bit overpriced for what you get. The sound quality is good, no complaints there. The on/off switch on top is super tiny and super cheap... It will break off at any given moment. You really let me down on this one Shure.
