Great product, just got it so can’t speak much on long term effects but I will update in 2 weeks! No taste and very easy to swallow anddd no smell:)Coming back to let ya’ll know this workss! Very good and worth it product

We value this brand very much since we have felt an improvement in our over all energy levels and health. We also take their B6 and vitamin D.

These medium sized pink pills have been great to raise my vitamin B as I was low on my last few blood draws and my doctor recommended this amount. I am vegan and don’t get it because I don’t eat animal protein. Taste is fine. I don’t feel any different but my bloodwork is good.

It has a pleasant and smell. The texture is smooth and allows you to swallow relatively easy. I have seen improvement in my energy levels throughout the day so I would recommend getting these.
