It's quality Charcoal not the rubbish bags of fragments often sold as lump wood Charcoal. Lights and burns well and I will def be buying again.

reading the other reviews here it seems like some people may have gotten a bad batch or maybe just their expectations were too high.I took a punt on this and really couldn't be more pleased. There were a few mixed sizes but that's useful because I use the smaller pieces to get it going and the larger ones to cook on.I actually couldn't be more pleased and providing this remains available, I will simply not buy any other brand of charcoal going forwards.Highly highly recommend

Super charcoal. I use it in a Kamado and it keeps its heat well and burns long allowing for some great low n'slow cooks.
