Retrobrite WORKS!
Surprisingly, Retrobrite works very well on LEGO pieces! I purchased this at the advice of another person, not sure it would really work on the yellowed LEGO pieces I wanted to restore. In fact, I actually thought it might break down the plastic of the LEGO and I would have to throw out the LEGO. I was wrong! The LEGO came out bright and white (as if they were new) and they have just as strong a clutch power as new LEGO and they did not break down.

Wasted Two Days For Nothing
'Sure didn't work for me.Started out with such high hopes.'Tried to remove yellowing on RV ceiling interior vent trim. Followed instructions, applied product, covered with clear plastic, sat out in sun.....Nothing....Repeated next day......Nothing. I mean absolutely nothing.Picked up some white plastic paint at hardware store. 2 coats. 5 minutes, looks like new....I wasted $19.99 and two days on this stuff.

Works great! But not really spray..
Works fantastic to de yellow some old figures I've had on my shelves.. Or hidden in a box in the case of the grey turned brown! Omg that thing was fugly as hell before I treated it!Doesn't (usually) wreck the paint or the clear parts even!I'm so stoked it worked! I've tried multiple things with no luck in the past.I waited till I'd tried it a few times before writing this. And I could not actually be happier with the product honestly for my needs.Only issues I've truly had are it doesn't really spray, so probably better to spread with a brush cause it is pretty thick say.And it did cause some rusting on screws. Even cracked the paint on one piece weirdly enough. But only one piece and not enough to be a major concern to me.Otherwise it's been absolutely amazing. One major warning is definitely follow the gloves on requirement! I got a little in my finger tips while sealing the bags and omfg it dried out and wrecked my skin almost instantly! Stung like a nasty bug bite too. So don't mess around with that!Says it can be used under a regular lamp.. It did not work for me even with a CFL or black light bulb. I don't have a straight uv one to try tho.

Worked great on manufactured home tub!!
Purchased this to brighten out a yellowing manufactured home tub & shower enclosure. Our home was built in 2012 and sold in 2013. It became ours in 2015. We keep a shower curtain partially close over the shower/tub but that front corner gets extra UV exposure from a window and had started to turn yellowy dingy. Though hubs did not notice, it bothered me and I searched for a fix.I put on a "rubber glove" on one hand and dipped my hand in the retrobrite tub and smoothed a thin layer over the area I wanted to brighten. I then wrapped it in saran wrap and put a grow light that I had on hand on it for 7 hours. The results were impressive to me. Next week when my husband is at work I will do up the front of the shower enclosure and inside the front of the tub where it also has taken on the yellow dinginess. So for tub areas that are yellow because of a UV chemical reaction on a 'plastic' tub. This product is a winner. It met my expectations and was worth the price paid. My shower, though not finished, looks cleaner already. It just makes me happier to look at it.I then was making cheesecake one day and notice my grandma's older hand mixer that I used was yellowing from sun exposure from our last house. I figured ... why not? I put a layer of retrobrite on, wrapped it in saran-wrap, put it in a ziplock bag and set it outside for 2 hours. It started to rain so I brought it inside and sat it under a UV light for 3 more hours. The results were crazy amazing! I get almost giddy when I see these results. It makes me want to find yellowing plastic just so I can try it some more.No regrets at all.OH! and no fumes to speak of and I am usually very sensitive to fumes. No issues when I accidentally got some on my hands.

Somewhat worked
This product did work somewhat, but didn't fully restore the color of the plastic piece I was working with.

Patience and repeat treatment was key for my experience, but it came out nice!
I was skeptical, but one of the reviews showing before and after pictures convinced me to give this a try. I did use the direct sunlight method. I applied and used a UV light indoors for a minimum of 4 hours each time I treated an area. As one person said in their review, it can come out in globs but I noticed this when giving a light/small squeeze of the trigger, but it did "spray" with a quick and full pull of the trigger. The first application I sprayed on a paper towel and applied, but the initial results were disappointing. Subsequent applications were direct and using short pulls of the trigger to release the small globs of the product. I then "dabbed" the product with a paper towel all over the yellowed area. I covered the treated area with one layer plastic wrap and placed the UV light pretty close to the monitor and let it sit for at least 4 hours. I did have to do a couple of areas twice to get all the yellow out, but it looks much better than it did when I started. I also used it on the keyboard, but those photos did not show as much change but on one side. Not sure if it matters, but the plastic wrap I used was up&up brand, and the UV light I used is this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D8FPX84C?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1_0&th=1. Photos were taken step-by-step to show the changes with each treatment and what the product looked like before applying the plastic wrap.
