Quality at a great price
We bought this for our 4 year old daughter to mimic us as she always watches and wants to participate when we lift. This is a high quality bar with good knurling for kids. Adults can use it too, but for our purpose it’s for our daughter and son whenever they want to lift. The tag with the builder and QC control inspection was nice. Well packaged, solid bar.

Great for those needing less than 45lb bars
My wife started lifting with me and a standard 45lb bar was too much for her on many lifts. Rather than invest in dumbbells, I got this and it's perfect! I use it now for curls and other things where I might want to progress through weights under 45 pounds.
