Not small enough for infant finger
This product was advertised as something you could use on infants. That was the reason I bought it. It did not work on my 4 month old, as her finger was so small it kept slipping out and never gave a reading. She had RSV and I wanted to make sure she had enough oxygen in her blood because she was having some trouble breathing. This worked just fine for myself and my husband, but I would not recommend this for babies.

Works well for my 14 mo old
Works well on my 14 month old. Has already helped save us 1 trip to the ER. I found more confidence in the reading of this machine than the often jumpy and broken readings of the hospital style toe probes. Works on adults too. Small and cute. You can change the orientation of the readings as well, to suit your body position. Pretty simple.

This pulse ox is okay. It is nice for those smaller kids fingers but usually takes some time to get a reading even if they sit perfectly still.

I was hesitant to buy after reading some reviews saying how sensitive it was. I found it to be fine. My son has asthma so we monitor his oxygen level when he's sick. He's 2 and 1/2 and uses it himself. He knows that he has to keep it still on his legs while the numbers are there. I brought it to the dr's office to compare it to theirs and the oxygen level and heart rate was exactly the same.
