Excellent product for helping people who has problems with spitting out liquids.

Just crap and did not serve any of our needs
Sadly unable to return it because like the idiot I am I threw the packaging away. However let me just say the suction part where you pull the nozzle is very very minimum suction. Very cheaply made and personally if I could have I would have asked for refund.

The hose is flingy and it's difficult to maneuver inside the mouth.
I happened to have a medline sterile YANKAUER WITH BULB TIP. That was given to me from the ER upon request. I then thought about connecting this Yankauer Bulb TIP to the original thin hose that was part of the order. To my amazement this actually worked great. The YANKAUER with the bulb TIP has a firm handle and can be guided around the inside of the mouth without hurting the soft membranes while sucking out the saliva.

Effective in clearing airway of secretions
Best effective suction set up.it works. It clears secretions thin or thick. Clears the airway. I am impressed with the mechanism of this manual suction set up. As a retired ICU nurse, this is the closest suction set to being sectioned in the hospital.

It works great for us!
My sister in law has a trach is unable to cough out secretions. We’ve been able to go on longer (6 hour plus) outings without mechanical suction because this has worked very well for us. You have to pump fast but it can get everything up and out!

This was not anywhere near what it was supposed to be. It was a waste of time and money
