Used this to mount my Samsung HW-Q990C soundbar which is heavy, 17 pounds. The directions were good, and plenty of hardware that was well organized. I was able to leave the TV mounted and slip the soundbar mounting brackets on each side one at a time. The Mounting Dream soundbar went under the TV's mounting bracket against the TV. Only the bottom screw of the TV/wall mount is used because the Mounting Dream soundbar mounting bracket is too short to reach the top screw of the TV/wall mount. This is perfectly fine and is by design.The Samsung 990-C soundbar is about 6 inches wide and rested nicely on the Mounting Dream front brackets. I did not need to screw it in place.Everything worked out well, I was able to install it myself. Would recommend this for any soundbar especially heavy ones.

Very nice mount, sturdy, easy to assemble and install. Holds the sound bar very securely. I am using this on a 48" LG TV and it is a LG sound bar.

This is a nice, easy-to-install soundbar mount that can attach to your existing TV mount. Instructions weren't hard to follow and it only took me about ten minutes to get everything setup. I used this bracket to attach a Sony HT-ST5000 soundbar to a Samsung 55 inch S90D and then got my TV mount squared away. The little shelf it creates once the legs are extended creates enough room to move the soundbar forward so the top-firing speakers aren't obstructed by the bottom of the TV which is great. I have no issues when it comes to the installation.My complaint is about the supported weight. It claims to be heavy-duty with a maximum weight of 26.5 lb. The Sony HT-ST5000's soundbar weighs about 18 lb. It does sag a bit when the bar is placed on the unit. It's a slight sag so it isn't a big deal, but it does sag with the bar facing slightly downwards. After looking at most of the pictures shared here, I do see that on most installations with a large soundbar there is similar sag. Keep that in mind if your soundbar is on the heavy side. It will sag a bit. I decided to knock off a star due to the sagging.

I ordered a different style mount on here which was very popular. However, though my soundbar was within the rated weight range, it sagged a bit causing the soundbar to point down. I replaced with this one and noticed that all the parts were metal, unlike the other one, and this one has a much higher weight rating. Do yourself a favor and make sure that your mount's max weight is far above your soundbar weight. This one is super solid and will do the job well. It also has two methods of adjustment to get it perfectly flush with your TV. Looks great.

I am using this to hold a Sennheiser Amber Plus soundbar under my TV. The soundbar weighs 14 lbs., well under the listed capacity of this rack. It was my preference to use a mount that was overbuilt for my purpose, and this unit fully meets my expectations. It is strong and sturdy and very adjustable. Seems like it will be reliable for the long term.

Works when mounting the sound bar on top of Samsung 85 inch TV, if you want to mount the sound bar to the bottom of Samsung 85 inch TV you will need to do some modifications. Only downside is the 20 lbs sound bar is not lock to prevent sound bard from falling off I use velcro to hold the sound bar in place.

Overall seems like a sturdy product a couple of issues I had. 1) Using a Mounting Dream wall mount the provided screws were too long or too short. You can't use washers due to how the tv brack mounts to wall bracket. Trip to Home Depot solved it but it was inconvenient.2) Sound bar hangs too low allowing the bracket to be visible. The horizontal bar can't go any higher and the bottom of the sound bar bracket hangs too low.Using Samsung 65" TV with JBL 5.1 sound bar.

Excelente acabado negro piano brillante, muy sólidos los materiales y rígidos, amplia gama de tornillería para adaptarlo a diversos soportes de televisión. Lo que más me gustó es que tiene un sistema de nivelación para alinear horizontalmente la barra con el televisor. Altamente recomendable! Lo único que no me agradó es que las piezas que hacen la función de tuercas para los tornillos son delgados y de plástico y se rompen, por lo que tuve que comprar tuercas para poder sujetar mejor y con mayor seguridad el soporte. En general le doy un 10.

Very solid and heavy duty sound bar mount. Instructions are a bit sparce however the unit is very easy to assemble and add to your existing TV mount. Just make sure you use the correct screws to mount it to your TV. If you have your TV mounted to the wall or a purchased TV stand you may need to use a longer screw.All in all was a great choice for my application and heavy sound bar

System works great to hold my sound bar on the tv. Easy install and solid mounting.
