If you’re on the fence, just do it!
I seriously almost paid an HVAC person a few hundred dollars. And this product save me so much money.Moved into a new house and after turning the furnace on, I could hear the super loud irritating sound from an entire floor above the furnace room. I assessed that it was the pump that was going out and I ordered this on Amazon, then crossed my fingers. After a quick YouTube of how to replace it. I honestly had this fixed in about 15 minutes and the old one removed/the new one installed.Pro:Super quietSo easy to installSeems to be the same quality as the one that was professionally installed beforeThe pump works much smoother than my previous oneI don’t see any drips and water retention seems to work wonderfullyCon:I think I wish it came with a couple zip ties to re-fasten the plug plug-in/water outlet pipe.I wish it came with another plug to cover the holes that are not used on the top just to keep more bugs and dust out of the pumpHonestly, a really great product for a great price! This thing saved me like $350 versus hiring an HVAC person to come swap it out…

Perfect replacement for a 20-year pump
My house is nearly 20-years old and I had water puddling in the basement. This pump is the exact same model used when my house was orginally built. The dimensions, inlet and outlet locations and mount screws matched perfectly and solved my heating system condensate problem. No more basement water!

Well made
Had trouble with a competitor's product that I bought at the local home center. Gave up on them and got this online. Beefier, more robust construction. Has been doing its thing without issue now for months.

Needs Pan
Worked perfectly --- however to comply with IMC building code should have the option for an emergency pan sized for the pump

Pump was identical to the one on my HVAC. Saved at least $219.00.
I purchased a "used - like new" and it was received as offered. It was identical to the one that I replaced. Only "issue" was the box was damaged. Replaced the old air handler sump pump with this one in less than ten minutes. Install straightforward. Poured some water into the bowl of the pump's bowl and when there was enough to lift the small float inside; immediately pushed the water out through the discharge tube. As soon as the water was gone; it shut off as it should. Be sure to buy one like this with with the two small extra wire leads that connect to the water sensor on the side of the drip pan under the air handler. My HVAC rep estimated $135 for the pump plus the service call and install cost. The pump I purchased here was the SAME one they wanted to sell me; plus the install cost. Savings of at least $219.00 for the DIY.
