Yes, as long as you have somewhere that you can run a 4inch vent pipe out and don't mind ending up smelling smoky. As a matter of caution, these things can blind you extremely easily - the laser exceeds the 'safe' eye exposure level by a factor of about 40000, and there is no protection other than your own common sense. I would very strongly recommend that you also buy some good CO2 laser blocking safety goggles and watch some laser safety videos.

Depends on the temperature of the environment to be honest. manage with Ice bottles in my bucket to be fair. But an air pump (aquarium one is fine) that pushes 30+ l per min of air is pretty essential to get smoke free cuts.

Can this product cut cloth?

Yes, but will struggle a bit with leather.
