Great product at an affordable price. I am in physical therapy for my rotator cuff, this will hold tension bands over the door or on the side of the door enabling you to do complete workouts or therapy.

When I first started working out with a trainer they used this with the resistance bands. When I started training from home I googled anchor for resistance band and this one came up. Same one my trainer used. Very versatile and easy to use.

I lost the one that came with my resistance band kit and it works like a charm. The foam part pops right over the door and easily stays in place once closed. If you leave it over an open door, it's hit or miss whether it comes off when you go in and out. Everything is sturdy and the right size for a variety of bands/cords.

Works fine, but the loop isn't reinforced where the band fits.Priced well.

This is my second purchase and I love them. Makes my band workout so much easier!
