Is there a floor or does it sit on the ground?

There is not a floor to this screen house. It's a great product -- we use it for our church to sell food out of it at our city's annual Octoberfest celebration. My husband screwed all the rod pieces together, so it's easier to set up & more sturdy in the wind. It's nice & large. We sit on chairs within the tent. Hope that helps.

Any cleaning advice on this product?

I put my tent up in June and leave it until September. We never clean it because by the end of the season we dump it.

Can I get a replacement screen without the poles?
