They worked for me Great shoe inserts !
These inserts are fantastic so far i was a little leary at first my left heel was on the mend for several weeks and very painful these inserts fell so much better and really helped speed up the healing process . i do have spurs on the top of my left foot and plantar on my right foot with two knee replacements on top of that. i had bought some inserts at New Balance when i was working but after awhile felt like i was walking on 2x4 boards i do lots of research to come to this conclusion i need to order two more pair...they work

Good purchase
I am still breaking them in. They should be what I need after a couple of months.

Save On Costly Corrective Shoe Inserts
Love these inserts. My podiatrist suggested these instead of costly custom inserts and I believe he was right. I have flat feet and these give me the perfect support. I have a pair in all my shoes.

Can’t remove OME insert
So the shoes come with an insert that is basically nothing, except that they are glued to the bottom of the shoe and impossible to remove. This insert needs to be inserted by itself. I found a pair of shoes where I could remove the insert, and then placed this pad in there instead. My foot was squished into the shoe and my toe went numb right away. Not sure that I’m going to keep these, but I have a few days to try them out in the house.

Durable
The VA was issuing these to all veterans with foot issues in the late 90s. That's when I first got turned on to Powersteps. I've been buying them ever since. The inserts in the pictures are 10 years old. Besides the foam being wore out they're still working the arches are still there. I've purchased a pair for all of my shoes boots and workout sneakers.

Great alternative to expensive custom insoles
At the urging of my wife (and her podiatrist), I purchased these instead of the custom ones you get at the running store or other specialty store.Verdict: I am just as happy with these at a fraction of the cost. In fact, I have purchased multiple pairs for my other shoes.
