The Hue outdoor light Strip is perfect and just what I needed for an outdoor door canopy. They offer the same features and functions of any of the smart Hue Lights from Philips but leave you feeling comfortable knowing they are weather proof to leave outside.When I set them up in the day I was a little taken aback as to how dim they seemed but come night I was not disappointed at all.Great brightness and a very consistent colour and the light cast from the lights thankfully there is zero visibility to the LED as separate items as the built in defuser is very good at making this look like a single light. Think of bendy flexible neon and this is what it seems like. It is packaged with strong sturdy clips that need to be secured to a wooden surface, I don't feel the nails they are supplied with are strong enough for concrete but I have not tried it either. The clips themselves fit the size of the aightstrip perfectly and hold it in place very well.The power cord and cable are pretty chunky to be honest so thank about where this is going to go, Extensions are available but they will need to be sourced separately if you need them.

The Philips Hue Outdoor Lightstrip delivers exceptional quality and performance. The colours are vibrant, and the ability to customise lighting scenes adds a personal touch to my outdoor space. I bought this on offer without really having an idea where I was going to use it. I am fully invested in Hue, having internal light bulbs and light strips etc, but just have a wall light outside so far. In the end, in a moment of inspiration I placed it across the top strip of my electric roller garage door. I thought it would look a bit different, and it certainly does, nobody else thought of that round these parts (there's probably a good reason for that). It certainly shows off a decent amount of colour and brightness, in fact for a more subtle effect I have this on quite low brightness. My only gripe is I expected more colour gradient across the lightstrip but it seems to just be solid colours so far. Maybe that's a limitation of the lightstrip, but could be my lack of expertise using it.

I am a bit of a Hue fan and this product doesn't disappoint.

Using as my bedroom headlight instead of outdoor because of how smooth the light reflects on the wall. Looking forward to playing around with where I'm gonna relocate it next time I change or refresh my home space!

The light is really nice, you get what you pay for. It's Bright, smooth, and lovely quality. But is it best value for money? Like all Philip Hue, no. It's over priced. But nice.

We have Hue across our house, and now outside, I’d compare them to Apple products, you pay a premium but when you do, it just works. No faffing about, Hue is a great system and once you get one, your system will grow.Top Tip. Use camel camel camel to alert you to the best prices, I have never paid full price for any of my Hue products. The light strip was reduced by 40 odd %. Just sit and wait (if you can), I got 2 colour bulbs recently cheaper than rivals were selling a single bulb for.
