Very Smog-Pumpy
I can't say I love it per se, it's a smog pump. It's not like a blower... except that it kinda is.Anyhow, after 21 years my stock pump decided to become a brick. It has siezed to be. It turns no more.Notes on removing the old pump from a 95 cobra with stock accessories.1. Removing the serpentine is easy after you do it a couple times.Insert your 1/4 socket into the tensioner body, pull to ease the tension on the serpentine, take the serpentine off any one of the pullies, then gently release the wrench. Caution: start the wrench high enough so that when you release the tension it isn't forced against the air pump. If this happens start over. When the tensioner is fully released the wrench needs to not be trapped against anything.2. Two bolts and an airhose attach to the pump. Detatch the airhose by loosening the clamp. The bottom bolt comes out easily. The top bolt has the pulley blocking its removal. Maybe it's easier to remove the accessory bracket, but I just used an 8mm open end wrench, removed the three bolts holding the pulley on, and voila, it was easy to remove the top bolt.3. You really have to pull to get the pump out, you'll see what I mean.Reverse to install. You really have to push the thing to get it into position for the top bolt. The pump gave all sorts of warnings about "might whine for 500 miles", but this thing makes no noise.

The factory one has held up fine on my gt mustang for 23 years and now ...
I received my pump on April 2 2018 and installed it immediately. Wouldn't you know it is now June 15 2018 and the pump has locked up and broke the serpentine belt. I am now no longer able to warranty it or replace it due to the 30 day policy of seller. It is my recommendation to buy from the parts house may cost you more up front but the lifetime warranty was well worth it. The factory one has held up fine on my gt mustang for 23 years and now this new one only last two months be careful on warranties.

Bad rebuild makes loud bearing noises
Well i finally got time to put it on. It makes a ton of noise and sounds terrible. The best part is i cant return it because i missed the return window by a couple days.
