I am quite happy working with this vendor. Unfortunately there was an item missing from my product. I reached out to Vendor to let them know and the communication was great. Very professional and easy to work with. They shipped the item that was missing quickly, provided me details, and packaged it well. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, communication, and outcome. Highly recommend!

Set up wasn’t as simple as the directions prescribed but once complete, the product works well and produces great copies.

This printer works! That’s a major plus. The other two did not; would not connect to WiFi; would not accept ink cartridges: and just would not print. The HP 6052 prints, copies, prints from iPhone etc. The “touch screen” could be better defined.

Easy to connect and setup through WiFi. Prints quickly and quietly. If a basic printer/scanner is all you need, this is a nice little unit at an excellent price.

I had high hopes for this printer. I got it in January and would use it to print every once in a while, but not too often. Which is why I was shocked to find out that in July it stopped working all together (a few weeks after the 6 month warranty ended). I kept getting an error saying the tray wasn’t closed, when that was not the case. I troubleshooted using many articles (pull out the tray, see if it needs software updates, etc) and was playing chat tag with support for two months. They’d respond in the middle of the night and I’d respond the next day and then it would take several days to get another response. While they were nice, I was a bit frustrated that I was not able to end my experience with any sort of resolution. It made no sense why the printer stopped working, and support basically said there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately, I’m moving my business to a different company because I’m not happy with the fact that my printer broke only after a handful of uses, but also because I did not feel like I received the help I needed.

Printer works great. Had a little difficulty initionally getting it connected to WIFI the instruction were not very clear, but was able to do it without tech support. Now that it’s connected, it works great

Prints clearly & the support from the manufacturer was first rate & it easy to use with My iPhone.

Thank goodness the cable it came with works. Went thru all the troubleshooting steps without success. Tried to call the customer service without success. They kept referring to a manual which didn't seem to exist. My guess is this model is OLD!
