Good quality, good price, just as described.
Exactly what I was looking for and it was just as described. Great product for a good price.Feature packed and very good quality. Love the dual remotes, one normal TV style remote and one with keyboard and mouse features.

Great mini TV Box
Quick and easy setup, everything was very simple, it's running the latest version of Android, and comes with a regular remote control, and a keyboard controller that works excellent. Would buy this for a child's smart TV

TOO MANY ISSUES
This device has too many issues. Remote doesn't navigate properly or turn on device without having to click 5+ times & press hard, sometimes u have to unplug & plug it back in to power it up. Unable to probperly add an additional home screen icon with ease; on first attempt; u must clear, then add, click, go back, click again, go back select, click & repeat until it finally opens the desired link & does not save these settings, they must be repeated everytime u turn on device. The clock is way too small & dim. The keyboard colors are awful; it has minimal options to change the annoying constant blinking color sequence. Only to turn off colors completely but again, does not save that setting for each use; FYI, the keyboard goes to sleep or turns itself off after a couple mins so u have to phsyically switch it off & on again during use, which resets the blinking lights. So irritating. Unable to add any additional memory, even though it says u can add a mini SD card for more storage but device doesn't recognize it. Unable to watch Live Streams on Amazon Prime with Prime Subscription. U must login to Google Play store in order to add new user to login to apps such as Gmail, Netflix, YouTube, etc but once u login, u can't logout, delete, clear or even reset the app. Still haven't been able to delete my information. Volume control is terrible. When watching Youtube vids, the volume is so loud , I have to turn my TV remote volume to 10 but when watching Netflix or Amazon Prime, the volume is too low, so u have to turn it up too 100 on the TV remote. Also, very poorly written user manual. Little to no instructions at all. Only informs how to connect to wifi in 5 or 6 different languages & manual is tiny, very hard to read with the naked eye. All around unsatisfactory device, poorly made. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It's worth the money
It's worth the money. But it comes with a lot of headaches. You need to plug in a wireless mouse with it as well. And a lot of the channels do not function with the keyboard. Only YouTube seems to be compatible 100%

It's... Ok
It's ok... Not all the apps work for it like it claims. Menus can be sluggish. The remote is terrible, you have to point it down and at an angle to get it to work. The controller keyboard never would work for me. I wound up returning everything.

What a hassle!
I waited for a while till I wrote my review . Just to be sure any issues were going to continue.. after watching for about a half hour everything freezes.. says connected with no internet.. and I know it works because if I shut it off or forget the internet password. And redo it it works for another half hour.n save at if I shut it off and restart it..I wish I would have bother s different one!!!
