Let's Use Common Sense
A negative review claims the instructions say you can't cook "at high temps" so they couldn't boil water. Come on! Water boils at 212 degrees. There is an extensive explanation about this in their FAQ. The cookware instructions say don't heat the cookware ABOVE 500 degrees which is the case with all coated cookware - it deteriorates and gives off fumes [and will even kill your birds]. I work in other people's homes and have used every brand you can name. But I've switched ALL my cookware to Anolon and that includes giving away my $400 Demeyere pan. It's easy to use, clean and maintain for years.

Excellent Quality
Excellent quality, great size for single or small family. Great little sauce pot for cooking and straining ingredients. I LOVE this pot and will use it every day!
