Faulty product, awful return service.

Absolutely awful. The watch arrived for my daughters birthday and wouldn't turn on. I had to send the watch back overseas, which cost £7 to send and a few weeks later it was returned to me because the delivery had been refused by the company!!Full credit to amazon though, who refunded my money immediately when I told them.

Disappointed- cannot get the SIM to connect . Will have to return it - as the main reason for buying it was for the phone option.

Good Xmas present

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My daughter asked for a smart watch for Xmas as her last one was broke. Got her this one which has many different functions like games and camera. She totally loved it especially she can changed the faces. I didn’t put a SIM card in but it still has many functions for her to play with. It only takes few hours to charged and last for few days.
