Unfortunately the label is edited in chinese. There no kind of red written sign on it that could maybe mean 'KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE'. Quality is like many clothes you can buy in many shops (funny onesies, dressing gowns, large size homewear hoodies, polyester pyjamas or blankets...). You should contact the seller to be sure but I don't think it is treated to be fire resistant.
